Eligibility

Refunds are available only for manufacturing defects.
An opening video is mandatory to process the refund.
Return/refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, please ship the parcel to our registered address via India Speed Post or any reliable courier service near you.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
